GENTLE HEART YOGA

A gentle therapeutic yoga class which implements strong foundation of hatha, yin and restorative postures. This is a gentle class which will bring in gentle nourishment to your nervous system through breath and meditation.

YIN & HATHA YOGA

If you are looking to make your practice even more soothing, try a Yin & Hatha Yoga class. Yin Yoga is a style of yoga which targets the connective tissue of the hips, pelvis and lower spine through poses which are held for longer periods of time, typically up to three to five minutes. Many find that this practice has a transformative effect on both body and mind. This class implements transitional hatha poses as well as standing poses.

RESTORATIVE FLOW YOGA

The gentle movements of hatha flow with restorative postures to calm the nervous system and invite deep rest for the body and mind.

GENTLE FLOW

A  beautiful gentle flow practice with a therapeutic yoga focus.  Combine gentle movement with breath, creating an open body and calm and clear mind.
