Service Description

This 6 week series is for anyone who wants a gentle and slow yoga practice to bring in flexibility and help build strength. Practice at home in your own space in your comfy clothes, enjoy tea and follow the slow and stretchy class which will leave you feeling relaxed physically and mentally.
