Service Description
A peaceful class with dedicated quietness. (Ambient music may play during yoga sequence) In this class you will be guided through therapeutic “LOW” flow gentle sequences, using gentle pranayama (breath-work), to slowly open and stretch your body. The longer-held postures help to strengthen and lengthen your muscles and tissues, providing better flexibility overall. We end class with a restorative meditation savasana. Offer yourself this gentle practice and quiet your busy *A class designed for strength and flexibility with a strong foundation approach of yoga to provide ease to the sensitive nervous system. 8 Spots only.
