(Ambient music may play during yoga sequence) In this class you will be guided through therapeutic slow flow gentle sequences, using gentle pranayama (breath-work), to slowly open and stretch your body. The longer-held postures help to strengthen and lengthen your muscles and tissues, providing better flexibility overall. We end class with a restorative meditation savasana.
