Explore the therapeutic focused yoga class that is gentle but also effect for increasing your overall mental wellness and nourish your nervous system. Although it is gentle you will experience a slower paced sun salutation journey. Suitable for all levels and a great class for anyone new to yoga and wanting to dive deeper into the yogic traditions of yoga. Located on Sicamous Channel at new yoga space called the Anchor Heart.
