A FREE introduction to Back-Care Yoga session online. In this class your be able to experience a short yoga class for ease of back pain and then follow up with questions. Take at your own pace with unlimited time to practice. Suitable for people with chronic back issues including low back pain, osteoporosis, arthritis and sciatica. The focus is on building strength and flexibility to support a healthy back. Props: mat, block, strap, massage ball(s) and slo mo ball
